The view of our room, after extra payment for the upgrade
The breakfast was correct but for "good coffee", espresso you had to pay extra!

Had an above average breakfast, an elegant room with a fantastic view of the old town and harbour. The location was perfect and incredible, close to Place Royale. Moreover, it's right by metro stops, all the attractions and Bell Centre.

The location's proximity to Old Montreal was extraordinary, and the staff provided commendable service. The shower size was a bit cramped for my taste.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, breakfast was fine. First we had a smoking room, after one night we got another room.
The rooms are somewhat old-fashioned, especially the bathroom (shower), the carpets do not give a fresh impression!

Beautiful large room, spacious bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Many facilities.
Special club room booked because of late check out possibility (due to the evening flight back). Late check-out is also confirmed by mail. Eventually it turned out to be impossible on arrival. There was discussion, but no solution. Furthermore had to call 3 times because TV did not work, it took about 4 hours before someone came.

The stay was quite pleasant, especially thanks to the wonderful staff who were always ready to help with any requests. The location is fantastic, with easy access to many attractions. The gym was a highlight for me, as it had all the equipment I needed for a good workout. I did find that the elevator wait times were somewhat long, which could be improved.

The services was too bad, if you have a car you will wait 45 minutes at least to find the bellman. If you want someone to take your luggage to your room you have to wait another 45 minutes. The breakfast too bad and no options. I have asked for a complaint form but no one gave it to me, I hope this review will be considered

Upscale hotel, extremely comfy bed, modern bar. Proactive staff, attractively furnished rooms with very modern interior. Impeccable service throughout. A lovely stay with a great swimming pool.
Really loud area.

Room was lovely and the hotel in a fantastic location near Montreal Old Town. I would recommend to others.
It was hard to get from the car park at night, signage was not clear

I appreciated the hotel's cute atmosphere, with a beautiful atrium that allows natural light to pour in. The staff were really nice too accommodate our needs.

Convenient location; pitch black room.
"Rules" limit coffee provided in room to just 2 cups per day; no tv channel listing either on-screen or printed in room. Since one-half or more of stations were French only, having to scroll through the entire line-up every day was annoying.
