The double room here was a good size and beautifully decorated, offering a great view of downtown; additionally, the location is fantastic, with bars and cafes situated close by.

The breakfast is delicious and rich, one of the best things.

Had an above average breakfast, an elegant room with a fantastic view of the old town and harbour. The location was perfect and incredible, close to Place Royale. Moreover, it's right by metro stops, all the attractions and Bell Centre.

The hotel has a marvelous and incredible location in Old Montreal, right next to many nice restaurants, cafes, an indoor market, and a bar. the rooms are large, well-designed, with a great view of downtown Montreal, and a bath, for example. the exceptional service provided adds to the overall experience.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, breakfast was fine. First we had a smoking room, after one night we got another room.

The rooms are somewhat old-fashioned, especially the bathroom (shower), the carpets do not give a fresh impression!

Special club room booked because of late check out possibility (due to the evening flight back). Late check-out is also confirmed by mail. Eventually it turned out to be impossible on arrival. There was discussion, but no solution. Furthermore had to call 3 times because TV did not work, it took about 4 hours before someone came.

The room was reasonably large and had great amenities like central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV. the staff was incredibly accommodating and helped with all our requests. the hotel's central location near a business center, with beautiful interior design and close to many interesting sights and tourist locations, made our stay even better.

The services was too bad, if you have a car you will wait 45 minutes at least to find the bellman. If you want someone to take your luggage to your room you have to wait another 45 minutes. The breakfast too bad and no options. I have asked for a complaint form but no one gave it to me, I hope this review will be considered

Upscale hotel, extremely comfy bed, modern bar. Proactive staff, attractively furnished rooms with very modern interior. Impeccable service throughout. A lovely stay with a great swimming pool.
